● HSCT
In hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, IMU is developing a first-in-class predictive screening tool transforming patient outcomes in both relapse and Graft vs Host Disease (GvHD).
● SOT
Partnering with leading transplant providers, IMU is working to bring powerful predictive signatures of early transplant rejection, differential aetiologies of rejection, and graft infection to clinics, to dramatically improve patient outcome.
● I-O
IMU is advancing the field of immuno-oncology by exploring the system-level immune signatures of cancer, across the entire patient journey from early detection to treatment and monitoring.
MANIFEST
We are one of leading partners in the ground-breaking UK research consortium, MANIFEST, investigating patient response to cancer immunotherapies.
IMU’s research is predicting how patients will respond to immune checkpoint inhibitors, and the incidence and severity of adverse events, with the aim of transforming trial design, stratification and treatment selection.
Our programmes are expanding. Beyond our core programmes, we are actively applying our platform across a broad range of immune-mediated diseases and therapeutic contexts, including for autologous and allogeneic cell therapies as well as in autoimmune disease.
